As many of you know, The Wildfire On Ice Board decided to cancel the "in-person" events for this year. There was no banquet, curling bonspiel, hockey tourney, Smokey skate or any other organized festivities. There was no online raffle or auction.
Although the main events of Wildfire on Ice were canceled, a few representatives traveled to Walker for the holiday weekend for open hockey at the WACC on Saturday. These keepers of the flame also shared a few beers at Bensons.
We are extremely grateful for your continued support of Wildfire on Ice and very hopeful that we'll be back in the full swing of things in Walker in 2022!
